Your gear, your exercises, your program.
Workouts is a training studio that starts empty on purpose. You add the equipment you actually own, the exercises you actually do, and the programs you build from them. Then you run sessions, drill intervals on a timer that keeps counting when the phone is on the floor, and read your history back.
How it works.
The onboarding is the numbers on the home screen: tools, then exercises, then programs.
Add your tools.
The kettlebell, the bar, the bench, the pull-up rig, the nothing-at-all. With a photo if you like, and private notes only you see.
Make your exercises.
Name, description, body-part tags, style tags, the equipment it needs, images or a video. Six execution models: sets and reps, time, distance, as many reps as possible, circuit, challenge.
Build a program from them.
Order the exercises, set sets, reps, rest and weight, mark circuits. Programs carry their own notes, one private and one you could share.
Run, time, and log.
Run an exercise or an equipment routine with a set-by-set tracker that shows last session's numbers. Drill intervals on the HIIT timer. Every finished session lands in the history with its duration and its rounds.
Who it is for.
People who train with what they own, wherever they are.
Home-gym and garage lifters.
You do not need a catalogue of three thousand machines you will never touch. You need your twelve exercises, your two bars, and the weight you lifted last Tuesday, shown next to the field where you type today's.
Interval athletes.
Tabata, EMOM, custom rounds. Several active periods per round, rest between or after, a preparation countdown, presets you save, beeps you can hear from across the room, and a session that survives a reload or a locked screen.
Self-coached beginners.
The app makes you build the plan in the right order and tells you what a program needs before it can be saved. The library grows as you learn, and it is yours to export.
Coaches, on the roadmap.
Private and shareable notes already exist on every item, and the app has a Clients page and a Share page waiting behind a login. Both say coming today, and they mean it.
What to expect.
The honest state of the app, so nothing surprises you after the first session.
Works with no account and no signal.
Libraries, sessions, presets and history are stored in your browser. Log in only for the two features that need it, sharing and clients, and those are not finished yet.
Your media stays lean.
Photos and videos are stored locally and loaded on demand. PNG and JPG, up to 5 MB each, 1:1 or 16:10 look best.
Program runs are coming.
Today you run a single exercise or an equipment routine. Running a whole program from start to finish is being built and the button says so.
Everything exports.
Download the whole library and history as one JSON file, up to 5 MB, and import it on another device.

Questions people ask.
Does it need an account?
No. The studio runs entirely on your device. Sharing and client management will need a login when they ship.
Can I track weight per set?
Yes. Sets, reps and weight, in kilograms by default, with quick steppers of 1, 2.5 and 5. Last session's numbers are shown while you log the new ones.
Does the timer keep going if my phone locks?
The running session is saved in the background and picks up where it was after a reload. Keep the screen on for the beeps to play through a locked phone, as browsers pause audio otherwise.
Can I attach a video to an exercise?
Yes, images and videos, stored locally and loaded only when you open the item.
Can I run a full program?
Not yet. Program runs are marked as coming; exercises and equipment routines run today.
Add your first tool.
It takes a minute, and everything you build afterwards stands on it.
