Questions and answers.
The ones that come up before the first session and after the first month.
Is it free?
Yes, all of it, and it stays free: nothing runs on a server, so there is nothing to charge for.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. It is a web app that installs from the browser and keeps its libraries, sessions and history on the device.
Will it beep if my phone locks?
No. Browsers pause audio on a locked phone. Keep the screen on while the timer runs; if the page is left, the session is saved and resumes where it was when you come back.
Is there an Apple Watch or Wear OS version?
No, and none is planned. Workouts is a web app for the phone on the floor and the laptop on the bench.
Can I share a program with a friend or a client?
Not yet. Sharing and client management are marked as coming. Export the JSON if you want to hand over a copy today.
Can I log my body weight?
Not yet. The page exists and says it is being built.
Are there pre-made exercises?
No. The library starts empty and you add what you do. That is a choice, not a gap.
What units?
Kilograms for weight; there is no unit switch.
Where is my data?
In your browser's storage on that device, and in any JSON backup you download. Clearing the browser storage removes it, so export before you do.
