Workouts

A timer for the floor, not the desk.

Big ring, loud beeps, one thumb. Configured once, saved as a preset, written to the history when you stop it.

Active periods.

One or more per round, each at least 5 seconds, 30 by default, adjusted in steps of 5. Add a period for every station of a circuit.

Rest.

30 seconds by default, taken between each period or once after the whole round; the choice appears once a round has more than one period.

Preparation.

A countdown before the first period, 5 seconds by default, always shorter than the rest.

Presets.

Save a configuration as a pill and come back to it. Delete the ones you outgrow.

Running.

A ring counts down each period. The screen says Burn or Rest, the set and, with several periods, the round and the timer number. Start, pause, resume, skip to the next phase, reset, stop and save, or stop and go back. There is no round target: it runs until you stop it.

Audio.

A beep at every transition, loud enough for a garage. Keep the screen on: browsers pause audio on a locked phone.

Leaving the page.

The running session is written to local storage when you navigate away inside the app, and resumes when you come back.

History.

A saved session records every period with its planned and elapsed seconds, its set and its timer, and shows up in the history with its total duration. Sessions can be deleted.

Set a Tabata and go.

Eight rounds, twenty on, ten off. Save it as a preset the first time.
