How a session runs.
From the home screen to the history, with what is finished and what is not.
- The hub.
A grid of actions: the HIIT timer, programs, exercises, equipment, the history, and three cards marked as coming: weight tracking, share, clients. The library cards say in which order to fill them: equipment, then exercises, then programs.
- The HIIT timer.
Its own page and its own site page: periods, rest, preparation, presets, audio, and a session that resumes when you come back.
- Running an exercise or a piece of equipment.
Pick the item, press play, and log set by set: reps in steps of one, an optional weight in kilograms in steps of 1, 2.5 and 5, a done checkbox per set. Nothing from this table is saved yet.
- Running a program.
Marked as coming. The card and the run screen both say so.
- History.
Every saved HIIT session with its duration and start and end times, and a line per period. Sessions can be deleted with a confirmation. The summary line counts sessions and minutes.
- Settings.
Download all workout data as one JSON file, or import one.
- Account.
Not needed for any of the above. Share and Clients will ask for a sign-in when they ship.
